Do you run a credit check?

How do I pay?
By card at checkout: your first month plus a one-off returnable deposit (£20 for Everyday, £50 for Everyday Plus, £0 for On-The-Go). After that, your monthly price is taken each month.
Why is there a deposit?
The deposit covers your router, which belongs to Next Day Broadband. Return it in good condition using the pre-paid envelope and your deposit is refunded within 7 days. Late returns may cost £100.
How much does it cost?
Everyday and Everyday Plus are £29.99 a month, and On-The-Go is £27.99 a month, including the router, unlimited data (subject to the fair usage policy) and UK-based support. The only extras are optional: express delivery or additional equipment.
How long is the contract?
Plans start with a 3-month minimum term, then run on a 30-day rolling contract. There's no 12, 18 or 24-month tie-in.
Do I need an engineer or a phone line?
No. The routers are plug-and-play and connect over the 4G/5G mobile network. Plug it into a power socket and connect your devices. The On-The-Go router runs on its own battery.
How quickly will it arrive?
Most orders placed before 4pm are delivered the next working day by tracked delivery. Most customers are online within minutes of it arriving.
How fast is the connection?
Speeds vary by location, network coverage, router placement and the plan you choose. Most customers see download speeds of 30–100Mbps. Everyday Plus averages up to 500Mbps where 5G coverage allows.

How do I cancel?
After the minimum term, contact the team by phone or WhatsApp on 0330 229 6577 and return the router in the pre-paid envelope. Plans can't be paused.
What is the 14-day money-back guarantee?
It's available for genuine cases where the service doesn't meet expectations. It isn't intended as a temporary solution while you wait for another provider, and no refund is offered if 10GB or more of data has been used.
